These terms apply when you order from Fika through this website. By placing an order you accept them.

01Orders and pick-up

A pre-order is a request to set food aside for you. Order before 8 pm and it is ready from 7 am the next day at the shop you chose. You pay in the shop when you collect. If you have not collected by 2 pm we may sell the items.

02Cakes to order

Whole cakes need 48 hours notice, a princess cake 72 hours. We ask for a deposit of half the price when you order. You can change or cancel a cake order free of charge up to 48 hours before collection; after that the deposit is kept, because the cake is already being made.

03Catering

Catering orders are confirmed by email with a price and a delivery time. Changes are free up to 48 hours before delivery.

04Allergens

Every item on the menu lists its allergens. We bake with gluten, milk, egg, nuts and soy in one kitchen, so we cannot promise that any item is free of traces. If you have a serious allergy, talk to us before you order.

05Prices

Prices on this site include tax. We may change prices and the menu at any time; the price shown when you order is the price you pay.

06If something is wrong

If an order is wrong or not good enough, tell us the same day and we will replace it or refund it.

07Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

08Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes go to the courts of Stockholm.
